The house is for sale. You've already seen the floor plan and the dimensions, and I think you're making your choice based on price and the desire to be close to nature. A piece of soul, along with time and money, was poured into this home — you'll see the result when you come and meet it in person.
I want to tell you what's waiting for you here, but before that, I need your answers to a few questions:
-
01
What kind of home do you dream of? Describe that place to me, and I'll tell you whether this is it. I'm not interested in selling you a place that won't truly become your home.
-
02
What are your expectations? What matters to you? What are your hobbies and passions?

03
Do you have children, or plans for the future? I can help you work through all the math on paper — no hidden fees, nothing buried in the fine print — so you can see crystal-clearly exactly what payments you'll be dealing with down the road.
I'd also like to offer a project to transition the home to off-grid electrical living. We're ready to design and install solar panels and the full system if you want to live more eco-consciously, and we can figure out how to add an EV charger for your car as well.
For an additional fee, I can fully design the interior to your vision — taking into account all of your needs and your budget. Everything will be backed by fair, honest pricing — that matters to us.
What matters to us is that this home becomes a real home for you — not a financial prison, and not a place that ends up disappointing you. That's why I'm ready to listen.
We can also help and explain how to raise chickens and feed them organically, help you set up a greenhouse, why drip irrigation is worth installing for watering your plants, assist with general homesteading, share rabbits with you and build cages for them, and support you at the start of your journey.
We can also replace an old fence or patch it up. You can let us know which of the above you're interested in, and the price for the house will be tailored specifically for you — you'll get rid of the hassle, and we'll get to do what we do best.
The only thing you'll have to pay extra for is materials, if new ones are needed. But we can also use reclaimed materials that are still durable and strong enough to serve you well — and those will be free of charge.
